Indiana Water Filter Products

MultiPure, We are super excited about our filter we bought in 8/07!! We woke to very dark water today as the city was flushing out the waterlines. We are still using the original filter and had been questioning this. We have not lost water pressure nor have had any bad taste, smells or cloudiness! With the dark water coming in we turned on our drinking spout to fill a glass of H2O and filled another glass from the sink faucet. Despite the muddy water all through out the house WE STILL HAD CLEAR WATER TO DRINK!!!! CAN’T EXPRESS HOW MUCH WE LOVE THIS FILTER!!! Thank you for selling something that works through the test of time and much use!!  

I purchased an Aqualuxe from Multipure several years ago. When we sold our home we put it in the listing that the water filter was not included. After we moved to our new home we had to wait for a place to put the faucet and the unit sat in the garage for a year. I forgot to take out the filter before storage but when I opened the vessel it was as if it hadn’t sat at all. There was no rust, no funky smells or anything. I sanitized the unit, put a new filter in and installed it in our home. The water taste is great from the Aqualuxe and I won’t use any other filter now. The staff is friendly and have always solved any issues I have had quickly and efficiently.

We have had this little filter for several years now and really like it. Can taste the difference right away and feel at least a little better about drinking tap water. It works for us because we rent. We replace filter cartridge once a year. FYI – If I owned a home, I would probably buy a whole house water filter. However, I’d get one that had media matched to my specific location so it removed the chemicals and contaminants known to be in my local tap water. I learned whole house filters are not a out of the box kind of purchase.  

I have been using the Multipure under counter system for many years now, I am very happy with it. I like filtering my local water instead of buying bottles. Other than providing a superior product, this company totally surprised me with superior customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong filter on-line, I realized this a few days later and ordered the correct one. Before I got around to calling and inquiring about a return, Multi pure called me and knew what system I had, and knew I ordered the wrong filter, they arranged to have the wrong package returned and refund my CC for the purchase. This kind of thing does not happen everyday, most companies would charge a restocking fee and charge me for shipping, but Multi-pure went above and beyond. No restocking fee or return shipping charges. WOW! I still can’t believe what a great company this is. I will use them and only them for all my water filtration needs in the future. Thanks Again.
