Why is Halliburton Allowed to Do This?

I am having a hard time finding words for this. This is an outrage! Our solders are in other countries defending OUR freedom. Why in the world would a supposed American company like Halliburton treat our solders this way.
What is going to happen to their families and others they will come in contact with, if they are becoming contaminated and infected? What kind of illness is Halliburton allowing to come back home with our troops?
